Jared did a great job getting me through the process even though I was totally unfamiliar. We had to do everything at a distance, touring homes, paperwork, etc. Despite all the uncertainty in my situation he still managed to do everything with a quick turnaround. He really came through by attending the closing, and after my lender did not complete their loan funding process, he was able to smooth things over with the homeowner so that we were able to stay in the house until we could close the next day.
