My interest in real estate started early through my family’s business, where I was mentored by my uncle and gained hands-on experience in property management, investment, construction sites, and operations. That background helped me understand real estate beyond sales — including how to maintain properties, evaluate opportunities, solve problems, and think about long-term value.
I also work closely with elderly residents in a senior living community, which has shaped how I serve clients. Supporting older adults has taught me patience, clear communication, attention to detail, and careful listening. I understand that a move later in life can involve more than a home sale — including family conversations, downsizing, timing, care needs, emotions, and major financial decisions.
Because of this combined background, I enjoy helping older adults and investor-minded clients. For seniors and families, I bring compassion, organization, and a calm approach. For investors, I bring practical experience with property management, operations, maintenance considerations, and seeing both current condition and future potential.
