Jared helped to sell the house right as COVID-19 happened. He was thoughtful, responsive, and a strong advocate on our behalf. With his help, we were able to sell and move forward even as everything was shutting down. I am thankful for his help and for the help of his staff.

He really came through by attending the closing, and after my lender did not complete their loan funding process, he was able to smooth things over with the homeowner so that we were able to stay in the house until we could close the next day.
